About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-obsessed Founding Growth Lead to join our team at Superpower. In this unique, high-impact role, you will have the opportunity to shape our growth strategy, positioning, brand, and product, playing a pivotal part in helping Superpower reach millions of people.

Key Responsibilities

In the early days of the company, you will be a generalist who will work on many different parts of the org, including but not limited to:

• Waitlist to paid funnel: developing, testing and optimizing waitlist to paid conversion flows – landing pages, emails, SMS, retargeting
