Company Partnerships Lead — Employer Benefits Channel

🚀 The Opportunity

Superpower is building the world’s first all-in-one health platform — full body annual preventative lab testing (10x more comprehensive than an annual physical), insights from the world’s top doctors and an always-on health concierge team.

We’re now expanding into a critical new growth area: employer benefits. We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic operator to lead our efforts here — owning everything from channel strategy and vision, to team building, partner sourcing, and deal structuring.

This is not your typical sales role. It’s a chance to build a zero-to-one channel with massive upside and clear market pull. This has the clear path to be a $100m+ revenue channel in the next 2 years.

If you’ve successfully led B2B2C partnerships or employer benefits deals in the past — ideally in health, wellness, or performance — this is your chance to lead that motion at one of the most exciting companies in digital health.


🧠 What You’ll Do

Develop and Own the Strategy

Define and execute our employer benefits partnerships strategy. Build a roadmap that spans channel experimentation, ICP definition, pipeline development, and long-term scalability.

Source and Close Employer Partnerships

Identify aligned employers, brokers, and benefits platforms. Lead outreach, structure deals, and navigate enterprise procurement and compliance. You’ll be the face of Superpower in these high-stakes conversations.

Build the Engine

Turn this into a repeatable, scalable, and defensible channel. Help shape the tech, team, and tooling needed to make employer partnerships a top revenue driver.

Be a Cross-Functional Leader

You’ll work across product, ops, legal, and growth — and report directly to the CEO. As we grow, you’ll help shape the team, culture, and go-to-market function.
