By combining whole-body testing, concierge clinicians paired with AI, and an ecosystem of the best treatments, we become a person’s health partner for life — a membership that it makes sense for most people to own.

We have several key insights

• Personalized, data-driven, longevity-focused medicine is the future, but the knowledge to deliver it is stuck inside the brains of a select few 10x doctors.
• To scale this requires healthcare to be delivered as a product, which requires AI, dynamic care journeys and a horizontal approach to healthcare.
• Horizontal, one-stop platforms will be how people get most healthcare, because bundling drives better patient outcomes and member experience.
• The market is ripe for an iconic healthcare brand and cult-like community affinity. A brand that people wear on t-shirts and talk to their friends about over dinner.
• Preventative medicine is insurance compatible with the right billing strategy, reducing the price for patients to close to free, and defensibly B2B2C distributed through the right channels and incentives.

• A full stack concierge, preventative medical team all on your smartphone, at 10x the convenience and 1/100th the cost of traditional concierge medicine.
• An ‘Amazon Prime’ for health where the value of getting support within an ecosystem far outweighs the benefit of seeking siloed care.

To do this requires building an efficient customer acquisition engine and great product that turns an initial interaction with Superpower into repeat spend within our ecosystem. This requires Superpower be known for the highest quality, most convenient, cost effective care. The only way this is possible is by aggregating all diagnostics and therapeutics and developing an AI that can compile these building blocks into dynamic care journeys.
